Welcome to Syllogize! I’m Sylvia Houwers, the founder of Syllogize, dedicated to supporting companies to maximize the potential of their employees.<\/strong><\/p>

After a successful journey as a business owner in recruitment and HR consultancy, I moved to the corporate world and have taken on diverse roles in prominent international companies, such as Talent Director at Action, Nutreco and SHV Holdings, and CHRO at Mammoet.
